Inspired by chef Adam Handling’s Scottish heritage, Iron Stag is a subterranean cocktail bar that’s here to prove whisky can be fun. With rich and luxe leather interiors, the brand new bar concept is all about providing a modern showcase of whisky. At Iron Stag, guests can choose from whisky sodas on tap, or innovative highballs and cocktails. Accompanying the drinks at Iron Stag is a menu of equally innovative bar snacks, focusing on British produce with Scottish influence.
